Hi there! My name is Emily Martens. I am a licensed cosmetologist in Dubuque Iowa. I have been a professional hair and makeup artist for nearly 8 years specializing in color and blonding services. My passionate work ethic and drive allows me to stay up on the latest trends and techniques while creating a unique experience for each guest in my chair. My goal is for you to not only love your hair but also enjoy the experience, feeling valued, heard, and taken care of.
